Elitha Bouwer is the founder and operator of Crown Real Estate Family Office, a boutique Brisbane based family office, which specialises in creating wealth for families by providing a fully integrated real estate service offering.
About Elitha
Elitha has a Master of Applied Laws, and a Master of Commerce in Professional Accounting. She combines that strong educational foundation with over 25 years of experience as a property professional, real estate agent and commercial lawyer across all real estate sectors and transactions – residential, commercial, and industrial.
Elitha has lived and worked in Brisbane since 2000. During that time, she has developed an extensive property and professional network. She has seen numerous phases of the property market cycle within various Brisbane property sectors.
From working in the acquisition teams of both listed and unlisted Real Estate Investment Trusts, Elitha understands the complex factors which drive commercial and industrial property values for owners. She has a strong foundation in lease negotiations, having represented various large corporations as tenants.
She has a huge passion for residential property. She has successfully completed a new home build and several home renovation projects, the largest of which was a $700k project in Bardon re-building a beautiful old Queenslander.
Elitha is also a mother of two beautiful daughters who live with her and their 2 cats in Indooroopilly, and in her leisure time, she enjoys walking, yoga, hiking, cooking and personal development.
Elitha’s innate desire is to inspire and deliver on a real estate vision for each of her clients to unlock the value in their real estate through this unique real estate service offering.

Frik Bouwer
Independent Consultant
Frik Bouwer is a QBCC licensed builder with more than 20 years’ experience across all property sectors. His main passion and focus are residential construction, including construction of new homes, house extensions and house renovations. With a Bachelor of Science (Construction Management) and a Master of Commerce (Applied Finance), Frik has significant technical knowledge and construction budget acumen.
Jim Kruger
Independent Consultant
Jim Kruger has had an extensive career in the property sector, spanning more than 40 years. His career has encompassed the whole range of property roles but has tended to be concentrated on:
- Institutional investment
- Development of institutional grade property
- Brokerage of investment grade property
- Institutional portfolio creation and management
- His work has principally been in Sydney and Queensland.
