Why are your prices not on the website?

Our service is completely unique to your personal real estate requirements. The price will vary for each client based on the amount and complexity of work required. After our initial meeting we will send you a client agreement and a price for our work. Once you have received our client agreement and fee quote, and you’ve had time to consider the terms, you can then make a decision about whether you wish to use our service.

Can you work with my existing consultants, including my financial planner, accountant and solicitor?

We are more than happy to cooperate with the experienced team you have already established and trust. We are highly qualified in law, accounting and property, and can liaise with any consultants you would like for us to work with.

Can I get a reference from an existing real estate family office client?

Unfortunately not.  We maintain absolute confidentiality for all of our clients. We do not expect them to provide references for our work. We understand the importance of privacy and will always respect that.

What can I expect from my initial appointment?
